Wonderful locally made deli meats and sausages. Along with a small retail shop of import items and gluten free foods. JAHR'S EUROPEAN SAUSAGE is a family business that sells quality wholesale, retail meat items. We also do custom processing, including the cut and wrap of hogs and lambs or if you have a family recipe of your own we will make it for you. Pete Jahr is the 5th generation sausage maker in the family and has been the owner since 1996, when he took over the control and operations from his dad George who started the business in 1992.
